These terms apply to purchases and website use for The Pet Loft Limited. They are written for a premium pet supplies ecommerce experience and should be reviewed alongside your local legal requirements before launch.

• We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible unused products in original packaging, counted from the delivery date.
• Unopened supplements may be returned if seals are intact. Opened supplements, grooming items, bedding, blankets, bowls, hygiene-sensitive items, and products showing use cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
• Damaged items require clear photo proof of the product, packaging, and shipping label within a reasonable time after delivery.
• Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
